Awake Academy Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns of our “Wake Up” or other nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and consult with your healthcare provider or general practitioner to ensure that any product you select is appropriate for you.

Other Returns

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, Awake Academy will accept returns and provide an exchange, repair, or refund (as applicable) in situations where:

• The product arrives damaged, or
• The product is faulty, and
• You can provide an online tax invoice or other valid proof of purchase.

We may return the product to the manufacturer or conduct our own assessment to determine the nature of the problem. We also reserve the right to decline an exchange, repair, or refund if the fault is due to misuse or neglect by you.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.

Problems with Delivery or Shipping

We take great care when packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at [hello@awakeacademy.store] as soon as possible. We may request a photograph of the damaged item(s) and/or the delivery package to help us quickly resolve the issue.

For returns under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at [hello@awakeacademy.store] to arrange collection of the item(s) for assessment, exchange, repair, or refund. In certain circumstances, we may charge you for return shipping.
